ABOUT Samantha Barth
Samantha Barth is an exceptional candidate for a Pinnacle Guide, bringing a rare combination of leadership, industry expertise, and proven performance at every stage of her career.
She is a true self-starter, beginning her journey at just 18 years old, where she successfully managed 25 installers in a hardwood flooring company. Her ability to lead, organize, and execute at such a young age set the foundation for a career defined by growth, initiative, and results.
Samantha quickly advanced to the role of Vice President before transitioning to a major manufacturing company, where she continued to distinguish herself. Most recently, Samantha took on a leadership role with one of the largest flooring distributors in the country, overseeing the entire Southwest market. In this position, she manages a team of 15 and is responsible for $85 million in revenue, consistently delivering strong results while developing her team.
